Details for your next decision.

  • What does a virtual IBAN do here?

It provides dedicated bank-transfer details for funding your own XBO account. Follow the instructions shown for the selected currency and route.

  • Can we issue a different IBAN to each of our customers?

No. This page describes funding your own XBO balance, not a per-payer virtual-account issuance or customer-collections service.

  • Which currencies are supported?

Virtual IBAN funding is configured for EUR, USD and GBP. The routes available to your business depend on its entity, jurisdiction and account approval.

  • Is this the same as eMoney?

No. XBO virtual IBANs fund an XBO account. eMoney is a separate fiat account product with its own application and receiving details.

  • What should we check before a transfer?

Use the current beneficiary details, account number, currency, reference and sender requirements in the account instructions. Some payment routes provide instructions for a specific transfer.
