A payment exception needs a clear response.
Failed payments, overpayments and duplicate deposits can use an eligible on-chain crypto refund where enabled. This is different from refunding a normally completed sale or returning merchant settlement fiat.
-
Test the journey before customers use it.
Use the merchant sandbox to exercise supported payment and payout flows. Agree onboarding, customer checks and notification handling alongside your checkout integration.

-
What does the crypto payment gateway support?
Collect supported crypto payments through checkout or hosted links. Merchant configuration determines conversion and settlement, and the API supports status notifications and payment records.
-
Can we use a reusable deposit address?
The deposit flow can create payment records for repeated transfers to an end user’s assigned address. This is a different integration pattern from a one-time checkout request.
-
What are managed accounts?
Approved integrations can support payouts on behalf of verified sub-accounts. Customer checks and account responsibilities remain part of the merchant setup.
-
How do refunds work?
Supported exceptions, including failed payments, overpayments and duplicate deposits, can use an on-chain crypto refund where enabled. This is not a standard merchant-return facility for a normally completed sale, and it does not refund in settlement fiat.
-
How do we follow payment status?
Use the merchant callback URL and supported live-status channels. Scheduled CSV or PDF reports support reconciliation; those reports are separate from per-link invoices.
