Illustrative treasury categories, not an allocation recommendation. Your company determines its own policy.

The policy comes first. The product follows.

Access needs, approved assets, counterparties and reporting requirements should guide each allocation.

Name Virtual Wallets to group balances, transactions and reporting. The web app generates reference IDs; Client API integrations can supply their own and connect supported deposit, withdrawal and OTC functions.

Keep the obligation in the picture.

Outstanding credit reduces movable own funds across currencies. Plan operating liquidity around that restriction, and keep separate eMoney balances outside the XBO account view.

Questions for finance and treasury.

Details for your next decision.

  • What does corporate crypto treasury cover?

It covers how a business holds, converts, governs, reports on and allocates fiat and digital assets. Within XBO, this can involve the business account, Virtual Wallets, custody, spot trading, OTC conversion and eligible Earn products.

  • How can we organise balances by purpose?

Virtual Wallets group account balances and transactions under your own references. They support operational reporting without implying separate on-chain custody.

  • Do we have to use Earn?

No. Earn is an optional allocation for eligible balances. Review the asset, rate, redemption conditions and counterparty risks against your treasury policy.

  • How does credit affect available funds?

Outstanding credit obligations reduce movable own funds across currencies. This can affect withdrawals and internal movements beyond the asset bought using credit. Settlement releases the corresponding restriction.

  • Is eMoney included in this operating view?

eMoney is a separate fiat workspace. Its balances, permissions and transfers are managed separately from the XBO platform.
